Waits for either the due time for the current sample to arrive or for rendering to be stopped.
Syntax
virtual HRESULT WaitForRenderTime(void); |
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULTvalue.
Remarks
The member function is virtual because derived classes might have more events that they also want to wait on, which might interrupt the waiting process.
The base class has two events: m_RenderEventand m_ThreadSignal.
-
m_RenderEventis signaled by the clock when the sample is due
for rendering.
-
m_ThreadSignalis signaled by the filter when it should give
up waiting and abort (making the assumption that the filter was
stopped).
