This method starts playing a clip from the starting position or continues playing a paused clip.

Syntax

MediaPlayer.Play( )

Return Value

None.

Remarks

If the value of the SendPlayStateChangeEventsproperty is true and the file is not already playing, calling this method causes a PlayStateChangeevent to occur.

This method also resets the Rateproperty to the default value of 1.0.
