Power Manager provides the following functions for power-manageable devices to request services from Power Manager.

Used by device drivers to request that Power Manager update their device power state. |

Used by bus drivers and other proxy power managers to intercept all power IOCTLs for a device. |

Terminates the proxy relationship initiated by a call to RegisterPowerRelationship. |
