This function converts the reference time to milliseconds.

Syntax 

LONGLONG WINAPI ConvertToMilliseconds(
  const REFERENCE_TIME& 
RT
);

Parameters

RT

Reference time, in 100-nanosecond units.

Return Value

Returns the reference time converted to milliseconds.

Requirements

Windows Embedded CE Windows CE 2.12 and later
Windows Mobile Windows Mobile Version 5.0 and later
Note Microsoft DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and Library requirements
