This property specifies whether the control bar is visible. This property is read/write.

Compatibility:Windows Media Player, ActiveMovie

Syntax 

MediaPlayer.ShowControls [ = 
bShowControls ]

Parameters

bShowControls

Boolean value specifying whether the control bar is visible. If true, the control bar is visible. The default value is true.

Remarks

The control bar contains buttons for starting, stopping, and pausing playback. Optionally, you can add or remove the trackbar by setting the ShowTrackerproperty.

ActiveMovie compatibility mode is only supported through Windows CE .NET 4.1.
