This I/O control notifies the parent device so the parent device can register all devices that it controls.

Return Values
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
Remarks
Power Manager ignores the return values from this I/O control, which provides an opportunity for a parent device to notify Power Manager about any active devices that it controls. Power Manager sends this I/O control to devices that include the POWER_CAP_PARENT flag in the Flagsmember of the POWER_CAPABILITIESstructure.
