This method provides notification that the palette of the window has changed.
Syntax

Parameters
- dwColors

[in] Number of colors present.
- pPalette

[in] Array of PALETTEENTRYvalues that represent the palette colors.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULTvalue that depends on the implementation.
HRESULTcan be one of the following standard constants, or other values not listed.

Remarks
Before returning, the filter should copy the array of RGBQUADvalues, if necessary.
