Returns NOERROR in this implementation.
Remarks
This member function overrides the CBasePin::BreakConnectmember function and calls the CTransformFilter::BreakConnectmember function.
Override CTransformFilter::BreakConnectto undo anything carried out in CTransformInputPin::CheckConnect(such as releasing extra interfaces).
