Generating SAP Agent alerts

Backup Exec generates alerts, which BACKINT handles in one of the following modes:

Unattended mode

In Unattended mode, any alert that requires a response causes the job to fail and the alert to appear in the SAP system console. Informational alerts also appear in the SAP system console.

Interactive mode

In Interactive mode, all alerts appear in the SAP system console. You must respond to the alerts for the job to continue.
500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
